Rota-adeno stick and cassette is a rapid, qualitative, chromatographic immunoassay which simultaneously detects rotaviruses and adenoviruses in stool specimens. Rotavirus is the primary causative agent of acute gastro-enteritis, especially in children less than 2 years old.
